Talk,Teach,Flower,and Candle
Pick a flower, lay it next to a candle and light the candle. In remeberance of the beautiful souls who have left our home too early, the ones that we have met,the ones we shared our oxygen we breathe in with, water we drink with, the emotions we endure.
Who ever, what ever you are, parent, teacher, sibling, student, aunt, uncle, grandparent, ect. talk to the ones around you about treat others with dignity, respect, and equality. With simple statments, talks you can help prevent bullying. Whoever you are, teachers are great for this because they are in the class rooms of those we are bullied and those who are bullies. Its all of OUR responciblity to teach others about how bullying is a forum of ensucerity. I was bullied and I was lucky to have made it through and not been bullied nearly as bad as those who have lossed their lives but I will be sure to educate my son and possible students (because I want to teach) about the effects of bullying.

Color Therapy
Color is what our souls need. Alot of people are not aware of that, but its true. Think of it like this, you are stuck in a room with black walls and only the objects are black and white. Another day you are put into a room thats bursting with colors! How will you feel? Even try staring at a black peice of construction paper and then a peice of paper with lots of colors on it. See how your mood and brain reacts to it.
If you have kids or younger sibblings look at their coloring books, sit down with them and color a page. It will help you release stress, depression and when your in a "blah" kinda mood or feel like everything in your life is out of control. If you dont have a child or younger sibblings go to a store even the dollar store or 99 cent store and pick up a coloring book that you like and a box of crayons. If you dont have the money to or just cant see to find one you like you can always google, bing, aol, ect search coloring book pages in the images section and print them up. There is NO age limit on coloring! Who ever says there is; is a fruit-loop! Color is good for the soul and stimulates our brains. Even as teens and adults we need to still stimulate our brains. Alot of people are not aware but we all have what is called a hidden eye.Its basically like a window, what I mean by that is,imagine a room with thick black velvet curtains. There is no light in the room and without the sun shining through there will be no light. If the curtains are open there will be light in the room. Still with me? What im explaining is if our hidden eye is not exposed to light including color it will effect you leading to depression. Color feeds the mind, body and soul. Just break out the coloring books and crayons sit down and color, get into the picture you are bringing to life with color. It will help you in so many ways youll be amazed.

Matilda
So...I havent ever done this but for the first time I am. I am doing a movie review! YAY
Before I get started,I dont normally watch movies, unless they are magical, inspiring and childrens. I am not a fan of movies that people my age are into I am embaressed to say but I really dont get sexual humor or crude humor or any "bitch fighting" humor excuse the language but there was no other term for that,my mom and step dad were watching the movie Brides Maids and I could NOT stand the language and talk of that movie. Ugggh! It was like shut up! My gosh!
So without further a due,my review!
Matilda is a very inspiring and sweet movie,It is one of my favorite movies and I just finished watching so I got the inspiration to write a review. Its about a little girl who is brave and smart. She unlocks powers she has in her mind.
I personally feel this is a movie every child should have in their movie collection to remind them to be brave,be themselves and know they are never alone.
No one is too old for this movie I am 20 years old and still enjoy it!
Its simple, fun, sweet, heart warming, and has a twist of adventure,
One of the other characters of the movie I just adore is Miss Honey,Matilda's teacher. She is so sweet and magical in her own way. She loves her students, later stands up to Miss Trenchbull who is her aunt that treated her badly and took her childhood home.
The friendship and adventure with Miss Honey and Matilda is magical,Matilda uses her special power Telechinesis to rescue one of miss Honeys treasures her doll that her mother who died when she was 2 gave her.Along with some of her other treasures she had to leave behind when leaving her home occupied by her aunt Miss Trenchbull.
Miss Trenchbull is the "villian" persay of the the movie who is BIG and SCARY! She hates children and is later defeated by Matilda and Miss Honey.
One thing I must say,is that I can sure relaite to Matilda's family! Her mother, obsesses on her looks. Spending her time on her hair and make-up! Her father spending his time with the television and a mean brother.
I just adore Matilda's sence of fashion! The little bow is too cute! Reminds me of me and my hat that I now obsess over! I used to wear a bow when I was real little myself.
Another thing I must say is I admire Matilda for her bravery and smarts! She is an amazing character who is inspiring to all. No matter what her parents and brother said she did what she wanted, she made her way,she stood her ground and never stoped being her.
I will say I am sure going to invest in buying a copy of the book Matilda by Roald Dahl and review that after I read it. I heard it is as good as the movie.

Every girl/woman is a Goddess!
The goal for most women is to get into a size 0 even if it costs them their well being. Eating disorders are not just bad for your body but they are bad for your self esteem and the others around you. Once a family member or friend finds out they become concerned and try to help in any way or as many ways possible. Sometimes to the point it brings a great deal of stress upon them.
Not all woman who are annorexic or bullemic are in it for the thinspiration trend. No,there are women and even in rare cases men who suffer from it due to psycological issues. Even a verbaly abusive partner could be a cause. Even a brief comment about some ones weight or even girls telling eachother their weight can be a root cause of an eating disorder. Its a very serious matter that should be taken with compassion, not critizism. Ive heard people make snide comments about an annorexic or bullemic. Unfortunatly I blame thinspiration for the critizism because sadly there are those who are psycologicaly influenced and cannot escape it. Those are the ones who need compassion and support while over comming this illness.

Childhood Magic
I remember as a small wee girl at the ages of 4-5 I would stay up and look at the moon from my window. I would make a wish on the star that I was drawn to. Even as I got older I cannot sleep or do not sleep well unless I have the moon light shinning down on me. I always take a few minutes at night to just STOP and take in the beauty and magic of the night. The stillness of the stars and light of the moon is so captivating.
If people would do that and keep up with old childhood magic we would probably stay connected with out inner child. Our inner-child is the key to happiness. Its the key to life,as humans we have a natural "want" to still play! We all still have that "belief" in magic and the unknown or the "impossible". We still find excitment in freashly baked cookies, sprinklers, snow, holidays, the simplicity of life.
Go out side tonight look at the stars, stand under the moon light feel her glow and presence. In the summer blow bubbles, make popsicles using fun juices maybe mix them, run through the sprinklers, even go swimming. Color, write creative fun and silly stories, gets some clay or mudd and squish your hands and fingers in it maybe your toes too! During the holidays if you use a tree decorate it with the fun rainbow lights, fun and funky orniments, bake fun treats. Never loose love and excitment for the simple. The simple things in life are the most cherished later down the road when looking back.

~Writing~
I do not want to give too much a way of my book but it being focused on history of the gold rush is where this womans family history that is known of begins. Her family home and old quilt is the tie of her family history and heritage. Being said all that it takes you back to that era and specific place an important part of her families history took place.
Even writing does not have to be of a feeling it could be of the authors interests and fascinations.Writing is a very amazing art and self expression tool. Not only does it take me away but its my outlet from the real world. Its just nice to slip into the mind of

~~Feeling the chill of change in the air~~
The interesting thing is Autumn is the time of the new and time of change. Being that on October 31st is Samhain (Sow-en) the pernounciation for those who are not familiar, its the Pagan New year. Also the time when the veil is lifted and before Samhain it gets thinner and thinner. As this veil is getting thinner and thinner and then is lifeted, our ancestors are walking the earth.
Before I had NO idea of paganism,I new of it from my family but not knowing of it though if that makes any sence lol,I would think as a young girl that Autumn was when the year began! How crazy was that!?!
Being outside feeling the magical chill in the air seeing the fallen leaves, feeling the crisp air in the morning, seeing the colors...just SOOO SOOO magical! Its natures way of saying time for change!!! Time to donate items of no use, need or want, time of discovering new uncharted places of YOU spiritually. The time of just being and discovering.

My Dream and Current Goal
My current goal and dream is to become a Science teacher for Jr.High. Its been a goal of mine for qite a while now,Theres just somthing about it that rings true that tells me your ment to do it! Yeah ive had career goals in the past but NOTHING like this!
I do invision my class room all the time,I think of how I will open the door to questions and discovery to my students at such a young age. I want it to be fun,I want my students to walk in their first day and think WOW! Ill have books, posters, pets, models, plants, anything you can think of that would be eye grabbing!I want every day to be a learning adenture. I would have science experiments and hands on learning. All my students work would be up on the walls for encouragment and praise. My students would know that there is NO such thing as a stupid question in my class! No sir! My class room is all about questions and answers! I want to be that teacher students can talk to and trust in case of any problems im there. I want to be that teacher that is unforgetable because I let my students think free, try new experiments, learn, discover, ask questions no matter how crazy they are!
Even they days we have to have book work I want to have atleast 20 minutes set aside for question time and science chat. I have thought of having teams by color (red team, yellow team, blue team..ect.) like science groups so they could do projects together and observe the class pets or plants or whatever the assignment is! Id even bring Art into Science with lots of art supplies for my students to make colorful and amazing posters and projects.
Id even have a photo wall of my students projects, working together, class projects, ect. My students would SEE their hard work and what they do! They would have that encouragment and support to succeed and go far.Being a teacher is my calling, its my dream, its my goal. I know one day I will be standing in my own class room proud of the goal I reached and knowing I have made a difference in learning even if its only a small amount of students.

This is telling the universe I am DONE and ready to move on! I only have love and perecft trust.

the darkness always leads into the light
Unfortunatly in life we have out downs. Even we can have a down day where we arnt feeling it. Sometimes alot of us have a down period of time in our lives. Ive been there too and it was a very very dark time in my life. I did not think I was going to make it through all of it. But I did! I am getting my education going,I have decided to become a Jr.High Science teacher. I have a healthy, happy, growing son. I have an amazing man who loves me for me.I look back at that time and all it did was help me grow up and grow strong.I am proud that I made it! It was a very dark and lonely time.
You know what I learned? That its negatives that only lead to positives. We can only develope from the negatives like the quote below says. Its true its 100% true! its like pulling coins out of a bag pennies, and nickles being negatives and there a few dimes and quarters being the positives. No matter how many times you pull a coin out ot the bag you WILL eventually pull out a positive. Things take TIME and PLACE,there being the right time and place.
The universe knows us better than we know ours selves and knows that we need a "wake up call" or "appreciation check" and then the time for what I call your "pass word out" when we get to a spesific point we have a chance to get out and thats the special "pass word" the universe is looking for wheather it bieng something said, something done, something gained, something lossed, somthing of another action.

Health is Back baby!
Health is back! After a year and a half ive been fighting to get my health back on track. I was very sickly, loosing hair by the chunks, weight was after I got sick 50 lbs and then recovering my weight was 87. I have finally made it back,my hair is in tact! I started out with a new hair cut back in september of '10 after that grew it out and then of march '11 I had gotten a new cut after that ive no more hair loss problems. In September of '10 I began taking prenatal vitamins. They are said to be taken before, during and after pregancy. With it being a multi-vitamin with everything women need I thought well why not try? I did and withn a year and half still taking them I have been healthier since. Ive also gone vegetarian back in march (again had to quit when I was seventeen due to poor health) now that I can cook and know about nutrition I have felt, happier, healthier and more energetic! Its great to be back to me old self again! Its taken a year and a half but its well worth it!
Look at the new healthy me! YAY

LOVE
Another is love yourself, respect your self, respect others around you. Don't push people away who are not of your way of life. So they may be married to the same sex,so they maybe of another race,so they maybe of another religion. So what! It is what makes things fun, theres a variety of people and backgrounds out there to learn from. Show some care to a stray, theres three strays I have adopted that I feed and play with. they know they are loved here. I don't ever push away an animal or person. I love meeting others and learning from others. Just show some LOVE! Simple as its said!
